What can you do with Bizland?

We are building Bizland so that you can manage most of your company's administration through our Bizland portal. We are offering a combination of Internet applications and real-live services that allow you to outsource your administrative functions. For example, our payroll service lets you run your entire payroll through us. You feed us the information over our secure Internet connection, our team of payroll specialists run your payroll and we send the information back to you directly over the Internet. What are the other services we offer over Bizland?

Payroll (BizPay)

Bizland offers a payroll service that is cost-effective, convenient and innovative. Bizland:

- Processes your payroll for you
- Reconciles the payroll every month
- Makes payments to your employees on your before (if required)
- Submits your payments to government authorities (UIF, SITE, SDL, etc)
- Does the year-end reconciliation and produces IRP5s
- Submits the diskette to SARS

Human Resources (BizHR)

We have an incredible Human Resource Administration product (BizHR). This product covers all the normal HR functions such as:

- Training
- Personal administration
- Careers
- Vacancies
- Leave management
- Disciplinary procedures

However, BizHR also includes Employee Self-Service allowing employees access to their own information (except sensitive items). A powerful workflow and task manager module enables business rules to be built into the processes. (more info)

Labour Relations (LabourSmart)

Whether you employ one person or thousands of people, you have a potential labour relations problem. Bizland's LabourSmart is a comprehensive resource centre for all your workforce management needs. We have teamed up with one of Cape Town's top brokers (Snyman Van der Vyfer) to deliver specialised short-term insurance services. Snyman Van der Vyfer (SVDV) concentrate on providing personal short-term insurance for individuals as well as commercial insurance to small and medium size businesses. They specialize in providing tailor-made products and service for senior business-and professional people for whom we have a separate managed portfolio with extremely competitive benefits. Fax to Email Services:

Faxwhiz has the ability to convert fax to email and vice versa, saving you a small fortune in telephone, paper and maintenance costs, and allowing you to send and receive faxes wherever you are. With your own unique fax number that does not require a physical machine to receive messages, you can receive messages from anywhere in the world, sent directly to your inbox. All faxes are strictly private and the entire process is automated by machines. There is no human intervention.
