How does it Work?

Once you have signed up with us (see prices below), you enter the information on our secure Web page. (Your information is safe because the data is processed over a secure Internet connection). Your payroll data is processed at our Payroll Processing Centre by highly qualified staff. Payroll reports are then e-mailed back to you in encrypted form. A responsible person in your company is given a password that activates the decryption process. You are then able to print payslips and reports.

There is no expensive couriering of information. No faxing or unprotected e-mailing of sensitive payroll information. At year-end, our qualified staff perform all the necessary reconciliations and submissions to SARS. No hassle, no fuss.

This is what separates us from other Internet based payroll systems. These systems transfer the processing of the payroll from your desktop to the Internet. But it is still your responsibility to run the payroll and do the reconciliations. The only thing you have gained is an expensive telephone bill.
